Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Developer to join their IT Service Management team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and support application functions aligned with IT business platforms
Fix logging issues and upgrade logging systems for optimal performance
Implement Splunk Observability and ITSI to enhance monitoring capabilities

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in C# .NET, MS SQL Server, XML, XSLT, and Visual Studio
Experience with Duck Creek Field Engineering and Git with Visual Studio
Experience with Microsoft technology stack including Windows Server and TFS
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Minimum of 7 years related work experience or equivalent education
