Senior Developer

Job Summary

Independently analyzing, designing, and developing high-volume, low-latency applications, the contract Senior Developer will deliver high-availability solutions while collaborating with IT specialists in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform discovery and fact-finding to understand complex business problems and execute assignments independently
• Analyze and recommend solutions to development and production issues, effectively communicating with the project team
• Develop integrations with EHR/EMR systems like Epic and provide guidance to less experienced team members

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or seven or more years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• A minimum of five years of experience in a related field, with healthcare-specific experience required
• Proficiency in IBM ACE development and API Connect version 10
• Experience with FHIR or HL7 standards
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating buy-versus-build recommendations
