Senior Developer

Job Summary

To support enterprise business solutions initiatives, the full-time Senior Developer will develop, document, and articulate moderately complex business requirements while contributing expertise in system analysis, design, coding, testing, and debugging in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with users to clarify project objectives and identify current operating procedures
• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, ensuring high availability and performance
• Create deliverables aligned with business solutions and enterprise standards, enhancing programming skills throughout the development lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of direct experience in developing and documenting business requirements for strategic and tactical needs
• Experience as a Programming Lead on at least one large-scale project
• Knowledge of data gathering, program logic development, coding, testing, and documentation
• Proficiency in technologies such as SQL, JavaScript, and application design principles
