Job Summary

Driving the technical implementation of sophisticated Agentic Systems, the full-time Senior Developer will lead the development of high-complexity applications, coach teammates on AI-assisted coding, and ensure adherence to quality standards in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and end-to-end technical implementation of high-complexity apps within a larger ecosystem
• Implement sophisticated Agentic Systems, translating architectural blueprints into secure, scalable, production-ready code
• Act as the primary quality gate of peers, ensuring adherence to the "Gold Standard" of development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with OutSystems and deep knowledge of Agentic process design and vector database integration
• Advanced proficiency in prompt engineering for designing complex AI solutions
• 5-8 years of experience in enterprise software development
• OutSystems Expert Developer certification
• Agentic AI Specialist certification
