Senior Developer

Job Summary

Owning the development of features end-to-end, the full-time Senior Developer will design, build, and maintain web and mobile applications while working remotely and addressing complex engineering challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain core web and mobile application features, overseeing delivery at every step
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope new features and resolve production issues
• Integrate and maintain third-party tools and services to ensure platform reliability and performance

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Ruby on Rails experience with production applications
• Solid front-end fundamentals, with experience in JavaScript and frameworks like React or React Native
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills for effective problem-solving
• Experience with scale and concurrency challenges, including queuing and background processing
• Agile fluency, with familiarity in sprint planning and scrum methodologies
