Senior Developer, Intelligent Automation

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Senior Developer, Intelligent Automation, the full-time remote role will focus on building production-grade AI solutions using the Azure AI stack and Microsoft 365 Copilot, while contributing to design, quality governance, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Build AI solutions on Azure AI Foundry, develop Copilot Studio agents, and create integrations with Microsoft 365
• Contribute to solution design and define reusable patterns to enhance future delivery
• Ensure quality and governance by refining team practices and supporting the solutions developed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform and at least one general-purpose programming language (C#/.NET, Python, or TypeScript/Node.js)
• Experience with source control, CI/CD, and DevOps using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub
