Senior Developer Relations

Job Summary

As the Senior Developer Relations for Canton, the full-time remote position will manage developer adoption of OpenZeppelin's open-source stack, focusing on creating technical content, engaging with the community, and executing ecosystem co-marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end developer adoption for OpenZeppelin's Canton stack, ensuring successful Contracts Library integrations and Reference Implementation deployments
• Create technical content such as tutorials and guides for each milestone release while maintaining Canton documentation
• Run community sessions and provide hands-on coaching at hackathons, conferences, and incubators, along with tracking adoption signals

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or a similar role with a focus on developer adoption outcomes
• 1-3+ years of experience in the blockchain industry with a strong technical background
• Proven ability to produce engaging technical content and set content and adoption strategies
• Fluency in Solidity/EVM, with the ability to translate EVM patterns into Canton's Daml-based model
• Experience delivering technical workshops and presentations at community events
