Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Developer Relations Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Provide guidance and tools to partners for building integrations with Frame.io V4
Offer troubleshooting and support for partners
Lead developer programs and collaborate with the Developer Platform team on API documentation and improvements

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of post-production technologies, software, and standards
Experience with REST APIs and common scripting/query languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL)
Familiarity with web and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, OAuth)
Ability to work independently with a positive attitude
Technical troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service abilities
