Senior Developer Relations Engineer

Job Summary

As a key technical contributor on the Developer Relations Engineering team, the full-time remote Senior Developer Relations Engineer will enable developers and partners by providing technical knowledge and resources, support Early Adopter programs, and create high-quality technical content to facilitate the use of Workday's platform and its AI-driven capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Enable Forward Deployed Engineers and front-line roles on existing and emerging Developer Platform capabilities, focusing on AI features
• Support the execution of Early Adopter programs by coordinating with various teams to ensure effective testing and feedback collection
• Build and curate technical samples, frameworks, and demos that showcase Workday's platform capabilities, maintaining them with best practices

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in developer relations, developer enablement, technical consulting, or platform engineering
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools in developer workflows
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences
• Experience working across multiple groups to align communication and support cross-organizational programs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
