Senior Developer Success Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance the developer experience, the full-time remote Senior Developer Success Engineer will serve as the frontline technical expert, assisting users in deploying and scaling Temporal in cloud-native environments, troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, and developing automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with developers to debug infrastructure issues, optimize cloud performance, and enhance reliability for Temporal users
• Develop observability solutions and automate infrastructure operations to help customers run Temporal efficiently at scale
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand infrastructure challenges and provide solutions that improve scalability and performance

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a developer, fluent in languages such as Python, Java, or Golang
• Experience with managing medium to large-scale architectures, including Kubernetes or Docker
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana for troubleshooting performance issues
• Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role
• Experience working with remote teams
