Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Developer Support Engineer to assist technical users with implementing their services in various development environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle technical requests via web and email support channels
  • Conduct professional and empathetic conversations with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Submit bug reports to the Engineering team and contribute to internal and external knowledge bases
Required Qualifications
  • Strong desire to help people solve problems and explain complex technical concepts
  • Experience with web development, REST APIs, and database management
  • 4+ years of experience in technical customer support for SaaS enterprise software
  • Working knowledge of development languages such as JavaScript, Java, PHP, C#, Objective-C, Swift, Ruby, and Python
  • Ability to handle and prioritize a portfolio of tickets at various stages of resolution
