Senior Developer Tableau Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing information technology company, the contracted Senior Developer Tableau Specialist will design, build, and optimize interactive data dashboards and corporate reporting systems while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Architect, configure, and maintain production-grade Tableau data dashboards for operational data tracking
- Blend and integrate various data pipelines and transactional records into high-performance visualization layers
- Conduct user acceptance testing, author documentation, and provide training for non-technical stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics with a focus on Tableau
- Proven expertise in writing advanced SQL queries and executing data source integration routines
- Experience with Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud administration and publishing permissions
- Familiarity with protecting sensitive government information and operating in federal data environments
- Possession of a formal Tableau Desktop Certified Professional or Tableau Certified Data Analyst credential is preferred
