Senior Developer & Test Engineer

Job Summary

Leading software development and testing efforts, the full-time Senior Developer & Test Engineer / Task Lead will manage application releases, oversee operational support, and coordinate with stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead application releases from planning through deployment and oversee production support activities
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Microsoft technologies while performing code reviews
• Manage testing and validation activities, including defect tracking and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Developer, Technical Lead, or in a similar role
• Demonstrated leadership in software releases, testing efforts, and production support
• Experience managing requirements and traceability using RTM or similar methodologies
• Proficiency in C#.NET, ASP.NET, and related technologies
• Experience working with Government Program Managers and technical stakeholders
