Senior Developer, Visualizations

Job Summary

To support healthcare analytics initiatives, the full-time Senior Developer, Visualizations will design, develop, and deliver high-quality data visualization solutions remotely, focusing on transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and report solutions to deliver meaningful insights
• Translate complex business requirements into effective visualization and analytics solutions while ensuring data integrity and quality
• Analyze large healthcare datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, collaborating with stakeholders to define KPIs

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Power BI development, including enterprise-level solutions
• 2+ years of experience in SQL, focusing on complex query development and data modeling
• 2+ years of experience designing scalable data models and analytics solutions aligned to business needs
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with healthcare claims and revenue cycle data, including 835 and 837 transaction datasets
