Job Summary
To enhance talent and people operations, the full-time Senior Development Associate will manage hiring plans, advise on talent-related strategies, and oversee onboarding and compliance processes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute hiring plans while advising hiring managers on best practices and candidate evaluation
- Manage end-to-end talent operations, including applicant tracking, candidate screenings, and interview coordination
- Execute onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with employment requirements and managing payroll and benefits administration
Required qualifications
- 4-7+ years of experience in talent operations, people operations, or HR roles with increasing ownership
- Experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes and supporting core people operations functions
- Familiarity with federal and state employment requirements, ideally in a multi-state or remote environment
- Strong operational skills, including building and improving standard operating procedures
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar) preferred
