Senior Development Counsel Member

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Development Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advice and counsel to development, permitting, interconnection, and project execution teams for renewable energy and battery storage projects
• Assist with public policy and regulatory issues and provide counsel in the identification of strategic markets
• Manage the negotiation and drafting of service agreements, development agreements, procurement agreements, permits and applications, etc

Required Qualifications:

• Six to ten years of relevant legal experience, preferably at a major law firm or in-house
• Strong renewable energy experience; wind energy and/or battery storage experience a plus
• Bachelor's Degree
• JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one jurisdiction
