Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies targeting individual donors, foundations, and allied organizations
• Manage development staff and collaborate with leadership to enhance donor relationships and fundraising efforts
• Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and maintain accurate donor data and reporting systems

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of fundraising experience in a mission-driven organization
• Demonstrated understanding of legal compliance for funding streams, including 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4)
• Proven success in project management and donor cultivation
• Knowledge of philanthropic trends and ability to design effective fundraising programs
• High degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality with clients and donors
