Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Development Director (New Builds).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review all Scopes of Work, Bid, and recommend contracts
• Ensure projects are constructed according to approved plans and specifications while maintaining schedules and budgets
• Monitor activities of project consultants and maintain communication regarding project progress

Required Qualifications

• Experience in project management within the construction or hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of construction documents and project specifications
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of building permits and municipal approval processes
• Experience in negotiating contracts and managing change orders
