Senior Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Development Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and coordinate high-quality grant proposals, LOIs, and narrative reports for funders
• Manage funder stewardship communications and prepare materials for funder meetings
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on proposal and reporting inputs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years of experience in nonprofit development or grants management
• Demonstrated success in writing foundation and corporate proposals
• Strong project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
• Experience collaborating with development operations and program teams
