Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the 2025-2026 major gifts strategy
• Manage a portfolio of donors and prospects to meet revenue goals
• Develop compelling donor proposals and lead stewardship efforts

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of major gift fundraising experience
• Proven track record of securing six- and seven-figure gifts
• Experience in the environmental or advocacy sectors
• Familiarity with Salesforce and CRA guidelines
• Passion for ocean conservation and evidence-based policy change
