Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of business systems developers and oversee the development lifecycle for business systems projects

• Implement best practices for business systems development, drive adoption of modern tools, and monitor system performance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise application development or support
• 2+ years of experience in leading software development teams
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and Workday
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Working knowledge of integration tools such as Informatica or Mulesoft
