Senior Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage donor cultivation and engagement activities, including events and webinars
• Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans for individual and corporate donors
• Oversee donor database maintenance and analyze donor data for strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a fundraising role
• Demonstrated commitment to racial equity and inclusion
• Experience with donor-oriented CRMs and project management platforms
• Proven success in project management and supporting development activities
• Willingness to travel a minimum of 2 times per year
