Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Development Manager (Strategic Partnerships).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new high-potential trusts, foundations, and corporate partners
• Develop tailored cultivation strategies to engage and secure major support from various sources
• Support growth management and enhance engagement with existing partners through timely reviews and tailored communication strategies

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in fundraising, focusing on institutional giving or philanthropy
• Proven success in securing six-figure grants from trusts and foundations
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience
• Experience in generating new business within global non-profit organizations
• High proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
