Senior Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage donor cultivation and engagement activities, including events and webinars
• Develop and execute strategic fundraising plans for individual and corporate donors
• Oversee donor database maintenance and collaborate on fundraising strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in fundraising
• Experience with donor-oriented CRMs and project management platforms
• Demonstrated commitment to racial equity and inclusion
• Success in project management and supporting development activities
• Willingness to travel a minimum of 2 times per year
