Job Summary

Driving innovative software solutions, the full-time remote Senior Development Manager will manage developer resources, ensure alignment with technology vision, and uphold best practices across Salesforce, Workday, React, and Node.js platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee development work, providing strategic updates and ensuring adherence to architecture standards
• Manage daily operations of development resources, prioritizing workloads and addressing complex solutions
• Lead and mentor the development team, fostering a collaborative environment and conducting performance reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years in a leadership role delivering software application projects
• Minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience preferred
• Experience with Salesforce and Workday platforms preferred
• Salesforce Platform Builder certification preferred
