Job Summary

Leading a team of full-stack application and API developers, the full-time Senior Development Manager will oversee the software development lifecycle, providing technical leadership and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure scalable and high-quality web applications in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of full-stack developers across frontend and backend technologies
• Own the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring best practices in code quality and testing
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact features while prioritizing tasks using agile methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in full-stack software development
• 5+ years of experience managing or leading software development teams
• Strong proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
