Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Develop the engineering vision and roadmap for Retail Growth projects, focusing on AI-driven innovation

Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience leading an engineering team of at least 3 members
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with full-stack development using frameworks such as Django, Rails, or NodeJS
- Experience with both relational and non-relational databases
- Proven track record in designing and supporting complex systems under peak traffic conditions
- Experience with AI product integrations and agile team processes
