Senior Development Manager

Job Summary

To drive the growth of a national fundraising program, the full-time remote Senior Development Manager will manage a portfolio of funders, cultivate relationships, and lead grant writing efforts, with a strong preference for candidates based in the New York City metro area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with active and prospective funders, ensuring quality communication and strategic proposal timelines
• Independently research, write, and submit grant proposals and reports while maintaining a national prospect pipeline
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and track revenue progress for assigned accounts

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, or grant writing
• Strong writing skills for creating compelling narratives for funders
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM preferred
• Passion for expanding opportunities for under-resourced entrepreneurs
