Senior Development Operations Officer
Job Summary
To support a growing team focused on tackling climate change, the full-time Senior Development Operations Officer will lead the development of project plans, reports, and strategic communications while strengthening partner engagement in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of program and partner reporting strategies
- Lead complex, multi-stream projects ensuring institutional alignment and consistency
- Collaborate with senior leaders to prepare key external meeting materials and develop a comprehensive communications strategy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Health, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in operations management or project coordination
- Proven experience in partner engagement and developing complex project plans
- Experience utilizing or implementing CRM systems for tracking partner engagement
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset
