Senior Development Operations Officer
Job Summary
To support climate change initiatives, the full-time Senior Development Operations Officer will lead the development of project plans and strategic communications while engaging with partners in a fully remote role based in Asia or South East Asia.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement program reporting strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Orchestrate complex, multi-stream projects to ensure institutional alignment and compliance
- Prepare key materials for external meetings and support the execution of a comprehensive communications strategy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Health, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in operations management or project coordination
- Proven experience in partner engagement and developing complex project plans
- Experience with CRM systems to track partner engagement and improve workflows
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset
