Senior Development Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Development Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for diagnosing and resolving complex issues in clinical applications
• Identify and drive resolution of software defects and enhancement requests in collaboration with various teams
• Support cloud-based application deployments and troubleshoot production issues using diagnostic techniques

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Programming, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a support, development, DevOps, or implementation role focused on technical operations
• Preferred background in Radiology IT systems and PACS/RIS environments
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, ArgoCD, and AWS services such as EKS and EC2
• Proficiency in scripting and configuration languages including Python, Bash, and YAML
