Senior Development Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Development Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary development escalation point for internal IT support teams, diagnosing and resolving complex issues across clinical applications
• Identify, document, and drive resolution of software defects and enhancement requests in collaboration with Product, QA, and Development teams
• Support cloud-based application deployments and troubleshoot production issues using systematic diagnostic techniques

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Programming, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years' experience in a support, development, DevOps, or implementations role focused on technical operations
• Preferred background in Radiology IT systems and PACS/RIS environments
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, ArgoCD, and AWS services including EKS and EC2
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and YAML
