Senior Development Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Development Support Engineer to provide technical support and enhance software operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues in internally developed clinical applications
• Collaborate with teams to document and drive resolution of software defects and enhancement requests
• Support cloud-based application deployments and troubleshoot production issues using diagnostic techniques

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Programming, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a support, development, DevOps, or implementation role
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and SQL
• Proficiency in scripting and configuration languages including Python, Bash, and YAML
• Strong systems engineering background in Linux administration and cloud networking
