Senior DevEx Engineer

Job Summary

Championing the integration of AI coding tools, the full-time remote Senior DevEx Engineer will drive the adoption of innovative developer tooling, run workshops, and define AI-first development standards to enhance the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion the adoption of AI coding tools across the engineering organization
• Run internal workshops and enablement programs for engineers on AI-assisted development
• Design and maintain the internal developer platform to enhance software delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in platform or developer tooling roles
• Deep, hands-on experience with AI coding tools and proven ability to drive cultural change
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and developer platforms
• Systems thinker with strong communication skills, capable of writing guides and delivering demos
