Job Summary
Managing the lifecycle of University-owned devices, the full-time Senior Device Analyst will implement and support applications, research technical issues, and foster relationships with stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and support custom and third-party applications, ensuring compliance and security requirements are met
- Research and analyze solutions for technical difficulties, optimizing systems and processes based on support data
- Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational success
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, IT, or a related field with 2 years of experience in data analysis and end-user training
- Advanced knowledge of hardware and software products, with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in maintaining device management databases and scripted installations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration software, including MS Project and Asana
