Senior DevOps Build Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a Senior DevOps Build Engineer to join a remote, full-time position focused on shaping enterprise build automation and secure software delivery while collaborating with Agile teams to optimize infrastructure and CI/CD processes.
Key responsibilities
- Own and define build and dependency management strategies, optimizing Maven build frameworks across multiple applications
- Establish security baselines and DevSecOps best practices in collaboration with Security and Architecture teams
- Lead integration testing and quality support initiatives, including automated quality gates within CI/CD pipelines
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience with Maven and large-scale multi-module projects
- Strong expertise in the Java ecosystem and experience with upgrades of Java, Spring, and containerized environments
- Deep knowledge of modern CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
- Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible
