Senior DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer - Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain clients' Microsoft Azure infrastructure, responding to escalations and resolving incidents
- Install, configure, and administer client systems in Azure, ensuring proactive maintenance and documentation
- Communicate with clients to identify IT issues and provide consultation and reports on their cloud-based infrastructure
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience with cloud servers, services, or equivalent systems administration experience
- Experience in a 24x7 managed services or Network Operations Center environment
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and Microsoft Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
- Experience with Windows and Linux system administration and cloud management tools
