Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their worldwide engineering team responsible for building and operating their global public cloud infrastructure platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate product designs and architectures for operational excellence in availability, security, performance, and cost optimization
• Partner with product development teams for cloud capacity planning and ensure infrastructure meets performance and scalability requirements
• Plan, implement, and improve a multi-account, multi-region AWS cloud platform focusing on scalability, reliability, and high availability

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience
• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, preferably with AWS and Oracle Cloud
• Strong Linux systems administration skills, including networking and security hardening
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible
• Solid understanding of AWS networking and core services in multi-account, globally distributed deployments
