Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

To support innovative financial products, the full-time Senior DevOps Engineer will build internal tooling to enhance engineering productivity, ensure system reliability, and streamline the Secure SDLC, all while working remotely from Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal developer productivity tooling dashboards and measurement frameworks
• Establish availability monitoring and alerting for business systems and internal applications
• Manage and improve AWS cloud infrastructure to support reliable and secure production systems

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering
• Demonstrated experience building internal developer productivity tools and metrics systems
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, TypeScript, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including compute, storage, and data management
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions
