Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a talented Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong Kubernetes focus, this full-time remote position will manage the architecture, design, implementation, and launch of complex systems for a commercial client, contributing to their modernization and cloud migration efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the software and data product development lifecycle, from user story generation to operational support
• Improve code quality through active participation in code reviews and adherence to team standards
• Collaborate with team members to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Software, Data, or DevOps Engineer, with 3+ years of experience in AWS
• Experience building enterprise-scale applications with Kubernetes and helm charts
• Deep Linux proficiency with hands-on experience diagnosing production Kubernetes incidents
• Experience with GitOps/infrastructure-as-code practices such as CloudFormation or Terraform
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical major or equivalent professional experience
