Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior/Staff DevOps Engineer, the full-time remote position will design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure while ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code with a focus on security and cost efficiency
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast and safe delivery through automated testing and deployments
• Lead incident response efforts and foster a culture of operational excellence, reliability, and continuous improvement across the engineering organization

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Deep expertise with a major cloud provider (GCP preferred) and strong understanding of networking and security
• Strong hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools
• Production experience with containers and orchestration, and robust CI/CD pipeline building
• Proficiency with AI-powered development tools to accelerate infrastructure and automation work
