Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing engineering team, the full-time Senior DevOps Engineer will build and manage a next-generation control plane for Kubernetes, design self-service infrastructure tools, and drive observability improvements, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a control plane for provisioning and configuring Kubernetes across various customer environments
• Design self-service infrastructure tooling to enable operational workflows without engineering intervention
• Enhance observability across the Kubernetes fleet, establishing alerting and instrumentation for better incident management

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience operating production Kubernetes clusters in regulated environments
• Strong AWS fundamentals and working knowledge of GCP and Azure in a multi-cloud environment
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Pulumi
• Proficient in a general-purpose programming language like Go, TypeScript, or Python for infrastructure management
• Experience in regulated environments with a focus on security, auditability, and change management
