Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting an agile development team, the full-time Senior DevOps Engineer will design and manage CI/CD pipelines, oversee infrastructure automation, and collaborate closely with software engineers, with the option to work remotely while ideally being located near Newport News, VA.

Key responsibilities

• Promote best practices for infrastructure automation and deployment workflows
• Provide technical oversight on cloud platforms and CI/CD implementation
• Establish a DevOps roadmap to align infrastructure capabilities with business needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience
• US Citizen with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance within 365 days
• Experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or related technical roles
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and software delivery lifecycle practices
• PowerShell scripting experience
