Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Owning mission-critical validator infrastructure, the full-time Senior DevOps Engineer will deploy and maintain blockchain validator nodes, build AI workflows for operational efficiency, and collaborate across teams to enhance blockchain staking operations in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain blockchain validator nodes and infrastructure using Ansible and Terraform for maximum uptime
• Build and extend AI workflows to automate operational patterns and improve infrastructure efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and support incident resolution across blockchain production environments

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering with a focus on AI-augmented workflows
• Strong expertise in Linux systems administration and comfort with deep shell scripting, Python/Go, and Infrastructure as Code
• Proven experience managing hybrid environments at scale using Ansible and Terraform
• Deep knowledge of monitoring and observability platforms, focusing on actionable alerting
• Experience building production-grade AI workflows and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated processes
