Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Proactive and experienced, the full-time Senior DevOps / DevEx Engineer will build and scale the internal development platform, creating tools and automation that empower the engineering team to ship safely and efficiently in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance internal tools and automation for CI/CD and service deployment
• Foster a self-serve culture within the engineering team while ensuring adherence to security and architectural standards
• Lead initiatives for AI tool adoption and enhance DevOps practices across the organization

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, DevEx, or Platform Engineering with a strong focus on software development
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Demonstrated ability to build frameworks and automation that simplify processes for engineering teams
• Strong proactive problem-solving skills and a passion for leveraging AI tools in engineering
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
