Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and operation of container orchestration platforms, the fully remote Senior DevOps Engineer will manage a large multi-cluster EKS environment, focusing on Kubernetes on AWS while collaborating with application teams and improving system stability and observability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and scale a multi-cluster EKS environment supporting customer-facing applications
• Drive Kubernetes version upgrade strategies and streamline the upgrade process
• Support incident response and root cause analysis, collaborating with security and finance stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
• Deep expertise in AWS EKS
• Experience with GitLab (self-hosted and SaaS)
• Proficiency in monitoring/observability tools such as Splunk, New Relic, and CloudWatch
• Participation in a follow-the-sun on-call model
