Senior DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
To support the client's High Performance Computing (HPC) and Electronic Design Automation (EDA) infrastructure, the remote Senior DevOps Engineer will administer SLURM-based environments, execute infrastructure migrations, and develop Ansible automation solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer and support SLURM-based HPC compute environments, including configuration and workload management
- Plan and execute HPC/EDA infrastructure migrations, focusing on risk management and continuity
- Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for Linux configuration and automation tasks
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Linux Systems Engineering with HPC administration
- Expertise in SLURM and HPC/EDA compute and storage environments
- Strong experience with Ansible automation, including production playbooks and roles
- Proficient in Linux/SLES administration, particularly SLES 12/15
- Experience with enterprise identity services such as SSSD, LDAP, and Active Directory
