Senior DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing DevOps team, the remote Senior DevOps Engineer will design and implement production-quality infrastructure, build automated testing systems for edge hardware, and improve CI/CD pipelines while collaborating closely with engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate production-quality infrastructure with significant autonomy
- Build automated testing infrastructure for software running across heterogeneous edge hardware
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, build and release systems, and developer tooling while driving major initiatives from ambiguity to successful operation
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated Senior- or Staff-level impact in designing, building, and owning software systems
- Strong programming ability in at least one production language, with familiarity in Python, Bash, Go, and TypeScript
- Experience in infrastructure-focused disciplines such as Site Reliability Engineering, CI/CD, or Platform Engineering
- Strong experience with Linux, containers, networking, and software delivery pipelines
- Practical experience in designing or supporting automated testing at various levels
