Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance a rapidly growing health-benefits platform, the full-time Senior DevOps Engineer will manage the end-to-end deployment process, build a secrets management program, and design IAM policies within a multi-account AWS environment, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate deployments onto a single CI/CD pipeline with gated promotion across environments
• Build and maintain a secrets and key management program with automated rotation
• Design and implement least-privilege IAM policies and establish observability for critical services

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in DevOps/SRE, with 4+ years of experience managing production workloads on AWS
• Proficient in Terraform for infrastructure as code
• Strong knowledge of IAM, including cross-account roles and least-privilege design
• Experience with end-to-end CI/CD processes using tools like Bitbucket Pipelines
• Familiarity with secure networking practices and regulatory environments such as HIPAA
