Senior DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
Focused on building and enhancing cloud-native deployment platforms, the remote Senior DevOps Engineer will design, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes-based systems while collaborating with engineering teams to improve application delivery at scale.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Kubernetes-based deployment platforms for scalable cloud-native applications
- Develop and manage GitOps workflows utilizing ArgoCD and other deployment automation tools
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to enhance developer experience and operational excellence
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles
- Strong background in object-oriented programming prior to transitioning into DevOps or infrastructure engineering
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and modern deployment systems in production environments
- Experience building Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) and creating self-service tooling or platform standards
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools
